Photos at the Ballard Locks

Here are some colorful family photos I took a while back of two good friends and their son as he turned one year old. We met in Seattle at the Ballard Locks in its vast park area, a really varied and intersting spot if you haven't checked it out (It's officially known as the Chittenden Locks). It has a rose garden, lots of open fields, tall tree, short trees.

Their son had just turned one year old and they wanted to make sure they captured him at his milestone. The sun was glowing and the flowers were striking, especially the orange ones. Enjoy.
